Return and Refund Policy
Due to the complexities of biology and genetic differences, Parachute® may not work for everyone. Therefore, we offer every customer a full refund on their first order up to 1 unit within 45 days of purchasing from gotparachute.com if they were dissatisfied after using the product or have a complaint.
Please note: No claims (health claims, nutrient content claims, structure/function claims, etc.) are being made about our products, but rather a warranty that you can get your money back if you were dissatisfied and let us know via email prior to the end of the 45 day refund window. As such, our labels clearly state that statements about our products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and that these products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
Refunds will not be given to repeat or recurring customers—which we may determine by email, phone number, shipping address, name, or some combination thereof. When buying a unit, only the paid for price of the unit(s) will be refunded, no shipping or additional units will be refunded. Any Parachute® products purchased from a third-party retailer will need to be refunded by the same retailer, and will be subject to that retailer's refund and return policies.
Due to the ingestible nature of our product, and our desire to decrease risk of tampering for our customers, we do not accept returns. In unique circumstances, we may accept returns for a refund ONLY IF the shipping packaging has been unopened. Any signs of opening will nullify the refund. These will be decided on a case by case basis.
